Bolt: Machinery Valuations

To help you understand the value of your fleet and how it changes over time, you can now keep track of the following information for every machine in Bolt:

• Purchase Date
• Purchase Price
• Current Market Value

To start using this feature:

• Click on the Setup link from the main navigation in Bolt.
• Click on the Machines link, then select a Machine from the list.
• Click on the Edit button from the machine details page.
• Set the value for each option.

The data is visible to all logged in users when viewing the machine from:

• The Home page.
• Any Job for a machine.
• The Machines report, when exported in CSV format.

Valuation data is not shown when using the machine QR code.
